  • Guests gained a taste for a career in in the vibrant and diverse commercial cookery industry at the recent information sessions held at Kingscliff TAFE. VERTO's Apprenticeship Consultant for the North Coast, Kylie Schodel said there was a need for hospitality apprentices in the region. "Many North Coast employers in the hospitality industry are keen to sign up committed, enthusiastic people of any age or background as apprentices," says Ms Schodel
