Annual report

2014 was our second year operating under the Transition Plan developed by Executive and staff in 2012. The plan was to help guide TAFE North Coast during 2013 and 2014 as we redesigned how we operated in readiness for a significantly different vocational education and training environment.

The strategic approach was based on the fundamental agreement that, given changes in customer behaviour, competitor behaviour and government funding, TAFE North Coast needed new capabilities and new business models to not only retain our existing business but also build new business.

This Year in Review Report shows how we delivered on that plan in 2014. In particular, this Report shows how our staff have successfully worked alongside customers, industry partners, community partners and each other to achieve some great outcomes.
