This Wednesday 22 October at lunchtime the campus will be hosting a mental health month event in the gathering space with the theme of “be YOUnique”.
It is FREE and everyone is invited...stuff on includes mental health information, head & shoulder massages, health checks, food, music, prizes/giveaways, and more.
Hungry for a treat....how about some freshly baked biscuits. YUM!!!
The 'Hole in the Wall' here at CHEC will be open today from 12.30pm selling those freshly baked mixed biscuit packs for only $3.00. Get in early to avoid disappointment.

The "hole in the wall " will be open today from 12pm, with lots of great lunch specials...or grab some to take home for dinner.
Lamb samosa's or vegetarian samosa's with minted yoghurt, kebab's with tomato onion cucumber, or vegetable pakhoras all $4.00.
Veal and chickpea curry with coconut rice, dhal with spinach and basmati rice, or curried chicken and saffron rice all $6.00.
Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser, recently awarded our Bec Gill a Bert Evans Scholarship worth a cool $5000.
Bec is the daughter of the Cutmore’s (Cutty’s), she is their 4th Generation baker, and Cutty’s Cakes is renowned for their vanilla slice and old-fashioned pasties. YUM!

The Coffs Harbour area boasts three competitors this year. Joseph Taylor, 19, is a carpentry apprentice employed by G&T Young at Dorrigo and Kieren Taylor (no relation), 19 is a plumbing apprentice employed by Crossingham Plumbing Service at Taree.
Peter Cooper, from Korora, has completed his apprenticeship and is now a self-employed wall and floor tiler. Peter competed at the national competition in Sydney in 2012 and is well placed to exceed his fourth place.
