About our Port Macquarie campus

Port Macquarie TAFE Campus offers an ideal place to study, located in a town that offers an ideal place to live. A broad range of study areas are on offer in a fun and friendly learning environment.

The campus specialises in hospitality, tourism, massage therapy, graphic design, fashion design and electrical and electronics courses. Other vocational study areas available include general education, office administration, accounting and marketing, information technology, retail, community services, children’s services, maritime and nursing.

Port Macquarie TAFE Campus is located in the popular tourist town known for its outdoor activities on land and sea, in the Birpai Aboriginal nation. Situated at the mouth of the Hastings River, Port Macquarie offers all the advantages of a busy city with a laid back lifestyle.

Beach safety tips: •Always swim between the red and yellow flags •Look and take notice of the signs at the beach •Ask a lifeguard or lifesaver for safety advice •Learn how to identify a rip •Swim with a friend - never swim or surf alone •If you need help, stay calm and attract attention by raising your arm above your head •Never enter the water if you have been drinking alcohol or are under the influence of drugs •Wear sunscreen, seek shade and stay hydrated :)
