Are you a car-enthusiast with a good eye for detail and artistic flair? The Certificate II in Automotive Body Repair Technology will give you the skills to pursue a career in such diverse fields as auto body repairs, auto body refinishing and detailing. You receive hands-on training on campus and in the workplace with highly skilled, up-to-date facilitators with solid industry links and the opportunity for promising students to receive work placement.

There has been heavy involvement of various industry stakeholders in the design and layout of this course, as a result we teach a mix of skills and competencies that have our students work-ready once they complete the course. Additionally, there is a large range of jobs available in the automotive industry on the North Coast and it is an industry that does not tend to fluctuate like many others do.

In our Certificate, trainees receive a good basic mix of practical and theoretical knowledge and skills. Work placement is an important part of these courses, to achieve competency, you will be required to have workplace evidence.
