Are you currently employed at an operational spare parts business, with good people skills and an interest in sales? Our Certificate II in Automotive Sales has been designed to teach you skills which will be transferrable into other areas of the business. Your interest in automotive cars and motorcycles will be enhanced by learning and understanding vehicle operational systems. Our staff undertake industry work to maintain relevance for course delivery and development of learning resources.

Employers benefit from the course’s online delivery, which reduces their cost of training and allows them to retain the staff member in the workplace, without the absence required to undertake face-to-face training. The formal training undertaken results in a more competent, skilled, professional employee for the workplace.

Career paths include: Business management roles for spare parts businesses and employment in franchised dealerships including car, motorcycle, outdoor power equipment, heavy vehicle truck businesses. 

Work placement
Students need to be employed by an operational spare parts business.

This qualification is suitable for an Australian traineeship pathway, including a school based traineeship.
