This course will equip you with the skills to effectively fulfil a broad range of ground operations and service roles. You will learn about aircraft safety procedures, fatigue management, on-time performance standards, communications systems, the use of info technology devices, and a range of other fundamental skills of ground operations and services.Studying this course through North Coast TAFE ensures you are completing a course that has been developed in close consultation with industry and that all learning resources are modern and highly industry-relevant. You will also enjoy learning from professionals with vast industry experience and industry connections. On completion of this course, you could find yourself working in the aviation industry as a baggage handler, customer service officer, ground operations officer or ramp operator.

A TAFE NSW Certificate IV or Diploma could give you up 6 to 12 months advanced standing in a university degree and some Advanced Diplomas offer even more credit.
