This course is ideal for people with little or no office skills, wanting to gain essential administrative and basic technology skills. This course will guide you to the attainment of basic administrative skills necessary for employment across all industries in a wide range of roles. Students will learn basic office administration, undertake keyboarding and develop fundamental skills using Microsoft Office and the internet. This course can increase your employment prospects into entry level roles with good opportunities Australia wide, in both city and regional areas. North Coast TAFE maintains strong industry networks which increase opportunities for employment in your geographic area.

A TAFE NSW Certificate IV or Diploma could give you up 6 to 12 months advanced standing in a university degree and some Advanced Diplomas offer even more credit.
