Do you like plants and working outdoors? If you want to work as a horticultural assistant or one day become a qualified horticulturalist our introductory Certificate II Horticulture is the right course for you.
You will learn about a range of environment and sustainable work practices as well as choosing from electives including arboriculture, landscaping, nursery operations, parks and gardens, turf construction, chemical use, irrigation, machinery, pest management or merchandising and sales.

Get hands-on experience and learn from qualified industry experts to gain the skills and knowledge to gain work in the horticulture industry or even in a retail environment such as a nursery or plant seller.

This qualification is suitable for an Australian traineeship pathway, including a school based traineeship.
