Are you an apprentice in the automotive industry looking for the formal learning experience to complement your practical work based skills and experience? This course could be the perfect course for you.

In the Certificate III Automotive Underbody Technology, you will learn to work on all types of brakes, steering and suspension technology. This course will allow you to work in the automotive underbody service and repair industry.

This qualification is suitable for an Australian apprenticeship pathway.

Work Placement
All students enrolled in this course must be apprenticed in the industry.  Assessment and completion of the course requires access to a fully equipped workplace, under supervision.  All our NC TAFE Automotive courses are classroom and blended delivery modes, including discussions, working in groups, and workplace log books.  Students work with real automotive vehicles and equipment in simulated environments on campus.
