Do you love cooking? Do you want to turn your passion into a career? Our Certificate III in Commercial Cookery could be your opportunity to do exactly that. This course will equip you with the skills to work as a cook in commercial environments. You will learn to produce a range of dishes, prepare appetisers and salads,  create sauces stocks and soups, make desserts and a range of other fundamental cooking techniques. With this skill set, you could find yourself working as a cook in a range of contexts including in cafés, hotels, pubs, clubs or even on cruise ships.
