Are you a people person seeking to kick start your career in customer service? Our Certificate III in Customer Engagement is for trainees who are working in a call centre environment, and will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become an excellent customer service representative.You will learn how to; work with multiple communication channel, provide excellent customer service, adhere to key performance indicators, work collaboratively, provide technical advice, perform data capture, handle customer complaints, and effectively delegate when needed.On successful completion of the structured (training room based) and non-structured (industry based) components of the certificate, you will gain a Nationally Recognised Qualification, as well as the skills and knowledge required to participate in complex customer interactions.

A TAFE NSW Certificate IV or Diploma could give you up 6 to 12 months advanced standing in a university degree and some Advanced Diplomas offer even more credit.

Note: Some short, licensing or compliance courses, eg Food Safety for Supervisors or First Aid are not granted RPL as demonstrated competency is required by regulatory authorities.
