Are you looking to develop the skills to access and maintain employment, or to prepare for further education and training? The Certificate III in Employment and Training is designed for people who require well developed employability skills and knowledge to enhance current work skills, access work, undertake further vocational training, or community engagement. Upon successful completion of this course, you can enrol in other TAFE NSW vocational courses.

Students may get some articulation into vocational courses depending on the elective units of competency successfully completed. Work experience electives may be offered, providing you with the opportunity to use your skills in a workplace environment.

The AEET Framework courses are structured around the National Employability Skills and are supported by the AEET Framework Reaccreditation Project Reference Group representing key industry and community groups. This is a government subsidised course and there are no formal educational requirements for this course; however, literacy and numeracy skills will be assessed prior to entry to the course.
