Do you have a passion for make-up and would love to turn it into a career? Our Certificate III in Make-up could be the perfect course for you. This course will equip you with the technical skills and practical experience to provide quality make-up services for a range of purposes. You will learn to design and apply creative make-up, provide salon services, apply airbrushed make-up, provide make-up services for photography, and many other valuable make-up artistry techniques. A key attraction of pursuing a career as a make-up artist is the variety of career opportunities; this qualification could lead to work in the fashion, beauty, media or entertainment industries. You could find yourself working for a range of professionals from photographers to fashion stylists.When you graduate, would you like to have a competitive advantage when it comes to securing work in the industry? Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Specialist Makeup, Diploma of Salon Management or further study in specialist areas.
A TAFE NSW Certificate IV or Diploma could give you up 6 to 12 months advanced standing in a university degree and some Advanced Diplomas offer even more credit.

Working with one of our RPL assessors we’ll review your life and work experiences as well as any previous study you may have done to confirm just what we can match up with your current course of study.
Note: Some short, licensing or compliance courses, eg Food Safety for Supervisors or First Aid are not granted RPL as demonstrated competency is required by regulatory authorities.
