Would you love to be a musician in a band? This is where your dreams develop into realities. If you desire a career in the music industry as a performer, songwriter or manager then this is the course for you. Our Certificate III Music qualification includes developing your skills and knowledge in the following areas; performance, music theory, operating a PA, and recording. You will develop your song writing, learn to write music, compose and perform, also take in audio and sound, research, innovation and creative thinking to grow a small music business. As a North Coast TAFE music student you will work with other students to form bands then perform and record your material.
You will also learn how to implement copyright arrangements and work safely and effectively in the music industry.

Work Placement
All students have the opportunity to gain event experience and participate in their various industry roles in our monthly public concerts.
