This qualification has become superseded across Australia and an updated version of this qualification will soon be available. This means that North Coast TAFE may continue to deliver the old qualification for 12 months from the date of change. Students enrolling during this time must complete the qualification by the transition date or transition to a new qualification when it becomes available. Are you currently working in a pharmacy and keen to develop leadership and management skills to take the next step in your career?  The Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy is the perfect course  for senior pharmacy assistants who want to develop management skills and provide specialised support in a pharmacy.

Learn how to; maintain store safety and security; coordinate sales and customer service; lead a team; supervise front-of-house pharmacy staff; coordinate merchandise and displays; coordinate pharmacy health promotions; provide specialised pharmacy product advice; provide health care support services; assist a pharmacist in dispensary operations and administration; coordinate stock control requirements for the pharmacy; and coordinate the administration of the pharmacy quality program.

This is a wonderful course for those who love pharmacy and want to cement their careers in this fast growing, dynamic industry.
