Are you looking for a career working in the operational epicentre of a business? Our Certificate IV in Human Resources suits students interested in industrial relations, organisational change management and building workforce capability. The course has been developed in consultation with the industry, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant to the sector and our teachers are highly-qualified professionals with strong experience and good industry networks. Upon successful completion of the course, students have the opportunity to further their studies, or seek employment opportunities in support roles for workforce development, human resources, payroll and learning and development.

This is a fully-facilitated workshop, online distance program, using a learning management system and virtual classrooms. Class-based study may also be available in our flexible learning classroom. This course involves a combination of common business units with specialist units in human resources and may offer a pathway to university. For applicants who have completed a Certificate III Business Admin, or who have relevant work experience, there are opportunities to secure a traineeship.
