Would you like to become a Networking Technician?  Would you like to learn how to configure networking equipment? In our Certificate IV Information Technology - Networking course you will learn to use and develop skills in designing, installing and configuring a medium-size enterprise network, installing, configuring and operating domain controller and different server services and server virtualisation. This qualification provides skills and knowledge in information and communications technology (ICT) networking environments to support a wide range of varying industry occupations which include network support, network operations support, network operations technician, network technician and network support technician.

All classes are held in the computer labs, access to Moodle and Dropbox is required for interactive and online activities and assessments.  Office 365 is available to all students free of charge.  Access to a home computer is desirable.

Work Placement
Work placement is not compulsory but encouraged. Many of the courses are conducted in the evening to cater for students are employed and up-skilling.

This qualification is suitable for an Australian traineeship pathway.
