This course is perfect for business owners, department managers, supervisors, project leaders and project managers.  In this course you will learn how to manage complex projects as well as developing advanced skills in communication, negotiation, risk management and project management.

To successfully complete this course you will need significant skills in project management or have completed the Certificate IV in Project Management.  Your course may involve attendance at set workshops as well as using a learning management system and participating in virtual classrooms.  The course is practical in nature and will require you to work on a project idea that encompasses each area of the project life cycle.  
 

This qualification is suitable for an Australian traineeship pathway.
