Does your job require you to work in gaming areas of licensed premises? Enrol in the Statement of Attainment in Responsible Conduct of Gambling in order to carry out your duties responsibly by complying with the Gaming Machines Act 2001 and Regulation 2002 legislation.
This Responsible Conduct of Gambling course (RCG) will teach you how to identify the impact of problem gambling on the community, and offer assistance and advice to gamblers and their families.
This Statement of Attainment course is appropriate for all staff members working in gaming areas of licensed premises, and can be completed in one day on a TAFE NSW campus.
Upon successful course and assessment completion, you will be entitled to your Responsible Conduct of Gambling Photo Competency Card, and equipped to work as a Croupier or Gambling Attendant.

If you hold a current or expired RSA or RCG card from the Office of Liquor, Gambling and Racing (OLGR), you will need to contact the OLGR (1300 024 720) prior to enrolling in an RSA or RCG course. The OLGR will assess your individual circumstances and provide advice on the renewal of your card. If you enrol in an RSA or RCG course before following this process, your interim certificate may be invalid.For more information on RSA/RCG competency card renewals, please visit the Department of Industry - Liquor & Gaming webpage.

A TAFE NSW Certificate IV or Diploma could give you up 6 to 12 months advanced standing in a university degree and some Advanced Diplomas offer even more credit.
