This course is designed to provide training under the Community Services Obligation for Government-subsidised disadvantaged students in order to improve their educational outcomes. The training provided is customised to the specific needs of the learner and may be any of the following: • Personalised Learning Support – including pre-training support, counselling, mentoring, case management, and individualised or group support for learning engagement and completions. • Access to learning resource centres including study facilities and services (such as access to computers with specific software packages and printing services. It is for students who meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the Framework for Community Service Obligation Framework Funding.
